WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal, cash for in person pickups, and soon all major credit cards/debit cards.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Before placing your order please make sure that all items in your cart are correct!

 

Codes, technical standards, shrink-wrapped items, software, and digital items cannot be returned.

Returns will be authorized by us on a case by case basis. If approved, a 10-15% restocking fee will be applied to the order. Follow the instructions sent for return. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Items returned damaged or not in the original condition will be subject to additional fees.

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP TO?

We will ship to anywhere in the US. For Canadian requests, please contact us.

IS MY SHIPMENT TRACKED?

Yes! We provide tracking for all of our physical orders and digital confirmation for software.

CAN I REQUEST EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We will try and accommodate your requests if possible.
Before you place your order, contact us and let us know that you need expedited shipping. We will reply with updated shipping costs.

WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE SOMETHING I'M LOOKING FOR?

Shoot us an email! We will source it and ship to out to you ASAP.

DO YOU SELL USED OR LIKE NEW BOOKS?

We currently do not have used or like-new books for sale. All our items arrive directly from publishers.
